I placed an order. Why haven't I received any coffee? We suspect you did not click the PayPal Link after going through the checkout process. You will receive an email after you go through the checkout process. That email will detail your order. However, you still need to pay for the order. The last page of the checkout process has a PayPal link for your convenience to pay for the order with any major credit card or PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you do not have to create one. Simply enter your shipping and billing information. How soon will I recieve the coffee I ordered? We ship all coffee with USPS Priority Mail. You will receive your order within 2 -5 business days. Probably closer to 2 than 5. Why can't I order a 1/2 lb of coffee? We are trying to keep things cost effective. If you ordered a half pound of coffee the shipping cost would be almost the same as the product price. Who really wants a half pound of coffee anyhow? Do you ship outside of the United States? We currently only ship within the United States. I don't have a PayPal account. How can I order? PayPal accepts credit card and debit card payments even without a PayPal account. Simply enter your information like you normally would. PayPal is one of the most trusted and secure forms of paying and receiving on the internet. I run a private business and would like to use your coffee. Do you offer wholesale prices? Yes, we do. We doubt it so much that there is no return policy. You sip it, you buy it.
